Wilseyville CA 2011

Later I traveled onto California attending their FreedomRide located @ Blue Mountain Event Center in Wilseyville CA. The Blue Mountain Event Center (Cartwright Ranch) is a private event center supporting Local Veteran, Veteran Families and Local Charitable Organizations. I had the pleasure, and delight of meeting the owner of this property (92 yr old Georgia A. Bowman )and her Family, and I was very intrigued  by the History of this Farm location.

92 yr old Georgia A. Bowman and myself below~

Georgia's Grandfather Reeves Cartwright Was this the real Cartwright family behind the famous TV series "Bonanza"

We arrived on this location on May 20th..where all took part in the Wedding of the California's State Ride Coordinator (Lisa Rennie). The Ride left this location and traveled on May 21 to the Sacramento VA Medical Center in Mather CA where Riders visited patience..to simply say Thanks. It was a very emotional day for all,but very gradifying experience.

I am very proud to say it a grand experience meeting and spending time with these State Coordinators,of NV & CA and very proud for their involvement, dedication, determination, through the planning, and completion and the Support for all~

I can hardly speak the expressions of words that are needed at times, when it comes to saying thanks to all that has made it possible for this vision to become a reality in our Nation as We Stand United on this day.
